Enrollment Forms
Enrollment forms will come in 2 stages:
Stage 1: Fill out the national application form electronically at the national Cadets.gc.ca site: https://registration.cadets.gc.ca/get-started.html?unitId=554
Note: The form is showing "FULL capacity". This is accurate for most of the year, as the registration period starts Sep 1 and ends mid Sep. You can still submit forms for Sep 2025 start; and applications will be placed in a queue.
Stage 2: The squadron will contact you in 1 - 2 weeks, during registration period, via email for supporting documents and local forms.
New in TY 2025/26: To ensure safety and quality of cadet training, all Corps/squadrons have enrolment limit of 180 cadets. We need to ensure all cadets are committed to, and can fully benefit from the program. An email will be sent to all new registrations by the end of August to outline participation expectation, and to confirm expectation is realistic to the individuals.
1) Cadets not able to meet the standards will be given opportunities to improve. If the situation does not change, they will eventually be removed to make way for others.
2) There may be a need to prioritize intake based on age. Cadets joining at 12-13 will be prioritized, as they can benefit from the full program more than cadets with fewer remaining years in the program. Other applicants will be admitted on a case-by-case basis, while referencing: CJCR 5002-2.
Two recruit information / Q&A sessions are held to further explore the program and to answer questions.
